Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, use silken tofu instead of soft tofu. If you prefer a tangy flavor, consider adding a bit of apple cider vinegar along with the lemon juice. You can also substitute raw honey with agave syrup for a vegan version. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and feel free to experiment with different herbs, like adding fresh parsley instead of dill.

Serving Suggestions

Tofu mayonnaise makes a fantastic spread for sandwiches or wraps. It pairs beautifully with Ruby Red Slaw for a refreshing crunch. Consider serving it as a dip alongside fresh vegetables or whole grain crackers. You can also use it as a creamy dressing for salads or as a base for pasta salads, adding in your favorite ingredients.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover tofu mayonnaise in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Before using, give it a good stir, as it may separate slightly. If it thickens too much, you can thin it out with a little water or lemon juice to restore the desired consistency.
