Ingredients

  • 1 cake tofu
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mash the tofu and let it drain until most of the water is gone.
  2. Mix the drained tofu with grated carrot, finely chopped onion, chopped green onions, chopped bacon, egg, salt, pepper, and optional MSG.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Fry the patties in bacon drippings or Wesson oil until browned and cooked through.
