Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 5 medium onions
  • 2 or 3 pods garlic
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can Niblets corn
  • 1 can ripe olives, pitted
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • parsley
  • 1 large pkg. noodles

Instructions

  1. Saute meat for few minutes.
  2. Add first 9 ingredients and simmer.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Boil noodles and drain.
  5. Mix with meat sauce.
  6. Add chopped olives.
  7. Put in baking dish.
  8. Cover with cheese and parsley and bake at 325° to 350° (medium oven) for 1 hour.
