Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups self-rising cornmeal mix
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 package Knorr tomato with basil dry soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin tins.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fill each muffin tin about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
