Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package Hamburger Helper, Stroganoff flavor
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 19 oz can Progresso tomato basil soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the sauce mix packet, frozen broccoli, hot water, milk, and tomato basil soup.
  3. Add the uncooked pasta from the package into the skillet.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and mixture is heated through.
