Tomato Juice Salad
A refreshing tomato juice salad with tangy vinegar, crunchy cabbage, and chopped olives, perfect as a light appetizer or side dish for casual or summer meals.

Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and dissolve the lemon Jell-O in it.
- Add the tomato juice to the dissolved Jell-O and let it cool until it begins to thicken.
- Mix in the shredded cabbage, chopped green peppers, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, celery salt, chopped olives, and vinegar or lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.
- Serve the salad on lettuce leaves with Ranch dressing.
