Ingredients

  • 24 large tomatoes
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup A.1.
  • 1 Tbsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Peel tomatoes; grind and chop onions and peppers.
  2. Add tomatoes with all other ingredients.
  3. Cook slowly for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
  4. Place in jars and hot pack to seal.
