Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can tomato soup
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend or shake all ingredients except nutmeg.
  2. Add a little milk to thin, if desired.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve in chilled mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.
