Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small package lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shrimp (from 1 small can, drained)

Instructions

  1. Heat the stewed tomatoes until warm.
  2. Add the lemon Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture set until thickened.
  4. Add mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped green bell pepper, chopped green onions, and drained shrimp.
  5. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
