Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (2 oz.) package blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • minced onion to taste
  • 1 small can chopped green olives with pimiento
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese, blue cheese, and butter together.
  2. Add the seasoning salt, chives, minced onion, chopped green olives, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap.
  4. Put the cheese mixture into the bowl, cover, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  5. Remove the chilled mixture and form into balls.
  6. Roll the cheese balls in chopped walnuts.
  7. Add more chives on top, if desired.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
