Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla or liqueur
  • chopped nuts or coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute until completely melted.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and continue mixing.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla or liqueur to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour, then shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped nuts or coconut.
