Ingredients

  • 1/2 cube margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • any pie fruit filling

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, except 1/2 cup of sugar, then add the melted margarine.
  3. Pour the batter into a casserole dish.
  4. Add the fruit filling on top of the batter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
