Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
  • 1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lb. grated Colby-Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and add the taco seasoning.
  2. Do not add any water at this point.
  3. Mix in the cans of cream of chicken soup, chicken and rice soup, and enchilada sauce.
  4. Add enough water to make the mixture soupy.
  5. Spoon sauce onto the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish to cover the bottom.
