Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. mayo
  • 2 handfuls Bac*Os
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry)
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix the thawed and drained spinach, softened cream cheese, mayo, Bac*Os, dry ranch dressing, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto each flour tortilla and spread evenly.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly to form a log.
  4. Refrigerate the rolled tortillas overnight to set flavors.
  5. Slice each tortilla into 1/2-inch pinwheels to serve.
