Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar Old El Paso mild sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.
  2. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Dice the onion, tomato, and mushrooms into small pieces.
  4. Crush the tortilla chips into smaller pieces and add to the lettuce in the bowl.
  5. Add the diced onion, tomato, and mushrooms to the lettuce and chips.
  6. Bring the jar of Old El Paso mild sauce to a boil.
  7. Pour the hot sauce over the salad mixture.
  8. Stir everything together thoroughly and serve.
