Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 12 oz. finely chopped cooked beef
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • party rye or pumpernickel bread or rye crackers

Instructions

  1. In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Fold in cooked beef, chopped green onions, and radishes.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture several hours or overnight to develop flavors.
  4. Serve with party rye, pumpernickel bread, or rye crackers.
