Tracy'S Strawberry Cake
A luscious strawberry cake featuring layers of moist cake, fresh and frozen strawberries, and a sweet strawberry icing, perfect for celebrations or family gatherings.

Instructions
- Mix the cake according to the package directions.
- Add 1/2 cup of pecans to the cake batter.
- Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until done.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Prepare the strawberry Jell-O according to the box instructions.
- Punch holes in the cooled cake and pour the prepared Jell-O over it.
- Refrigerate the cake to allow the Jell-O to set and cool.
- Once cooled, place the first layer on a serving plate and frost it with strawberry icing.
- Drain the frozen strawberries and spread them over the first layer.
- Place the second cake layer on top.
- Frost the entire cake with strawberry icing.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and remaining pecans before serving.
