Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 1/4 oz. can sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 c. guacamole
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. salsa

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans over the bottom of a 10-inch glass pie plate.
  2. Layer the shredded Cheddar cheese over the beans.
  3. Add a layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Top with sliced pitted ripe olives.
  5. Sprinkle chopped tomato over the olives.
  6. Spread guacamole evenly over the top.
  7. Spoon sour cream over the guacamole.
  8. Finish with salsa on top.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips.
