Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peels
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 package cream cheese (optional)
  • 2 cans Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, orange peel, cinnamon, and crushed pecans in a bowl.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into 20 small pieces (optional).
  3. Separate the biscuits; pull each apart and place a piece of cream cheese in the center.
  4. Reseal each biscuit around the cream cheese.
  5. Dip each biscuit in melted margarine and then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Stand each coated biscuit upright in a greased Bundt pan.
  7. Drizzle remaining melted margarine and cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuits.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for 1 minute.
  10. Invert the pan onto a serving plate to remove the cake.
  11. Serve warm.
