Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • oil
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into medium-sized meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in 1-inch of hot oil until cooked through.
