Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 c. pineapple sherbet

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, nonfat dry milk powder, banana slices, in a blender and blend for 10 seconds.
  2. Add pineapple sherbet to the blender and blend for an additional 5 seconds until smooth.
