Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (undrained)
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can hominy, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans (undrained)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey and diced onion; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, diced green chilies, drained hominy, drained whole corn, and chili beans.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
