Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Crisco oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut
  • dash of salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in one bowl and mix together.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  4. Allow to cool before serving.
