Ingredients

  • 1 slice ham (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 4 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place the slice of ham in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Broil the ham for 15 minutes or until brown.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven; turn the ham over and spread the uncooked side with a mixture of mustard and honey.
  4. Return the ham to the broiler and cook under low heat for 10 minutes, watching closely so it does not burn.
