Ingredients

  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 8 oz. water packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 c. cooked macaroni shells
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli, covered, in 2 inches of boiling water until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, drained tuna, cooked macaroni shells, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, dried basil, and dried oregano.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and vinegar.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until well combined.
  6. Chill the salad for several hours, stirring occasionally before serving.
