Ingredients

  • 2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups potato chips, crushed slightly

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup, green peas, chopped celery, chopped onion, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Spoon half of the tuna mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the crushed potato chips.
  4. Spoon the remaining tuna mixture into the casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed potato chips.
  6. Cook, uncovered, in a microwave oven for 10 minutes at High, rotating the casserole one-quarter turn once, until thoroughly heated.
