Tuna Dip Or Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna (7 oz.)
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 large pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar gefilte fish (4) with gel
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar horseradish
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mayonnaise a jello mold.
  2. Cut fish in half lengthwise and line the mold.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over fish and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Unmold and place on a tray.
  6. Serve with horseradish sauce and party rye or crackers.
