Tuna Divan

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or equivalent fresh broccoli
  • 2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until tender and drain.
  2. Place broccoli in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Arrange tuna over broccoli.
  4. Combine soup, milk, cheese and lemon juice.
  5. Pour over tuna.
  6. Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
