- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Stir together the mayonnaise, chopped eggs, drained tuna, chopped pickle, and chopped onion.
- Separate each crescent roll dough into 8 rectangles, pinching the perforations to seal.
- Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of each rectangle.
- Sprinkle the cubed cheddar cheese on top of the filling.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form pockets and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the slightly beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
