Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pickle
  • 2 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Stir together the mayonnaise, chopped eggs, drained tuna, chopped pickle, and chopped onion.
  3. Separate each crescent roll dough into 8 rectangles, pinching the perforations to seal.
  4. Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle the cubed cheddar cheese on top of the filling.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling to form pockets and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with the slightly beaten egg.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
