Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow or shell macaroni
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped sweet gherkins
  • 1/3 cup dark seedless raisins
  • parsley or watercress

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on the package; drain.
  2. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
  3. Combine cooked macaroni with sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt, pepper, lemon juice, drained tuna, diced orange, chopped gherkins, and raisins.
  4. Mix lightly and chill.
  5. Garnish with parsley or watercress before serving.
