Ingredients

  • 1 thawed turkey breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. Wrap the turkey breast, onion, margarine, water, salt, and pepper in two layers of foil.
  3. Seal each layer with a double fold of foil.
  4. Leave the wrapped turkey in the oven for 1 hour.
  5. Turn off the oven and leave the turkey overnight without opening the oven.
