Ingredients

  • 8 turkey wings
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or garlic salt
  • 1 cup chopped garlic cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash turkey wings thoroughly.
  3. Pour 1 cup water into a roast pan.
  4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon seasoned or garlic salt into the water.
  5. Place turkey wings in a baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle chopped celery, onions, and red pepper over the wings.
  7. Add chopped green bell peppers on top of the wings.
  8. Sprinkle additional seasoned salt on the wings as desired.
  9. Bake the wings for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
  10. If a lot of juice accumulates, drain 3/4 of it from the pan.
  11. Remove the wings from the oven after baking.
  12. Place wings on two stove top burners and fry for 10 to 15 minutes, turning to achieve even browning.
