Turkey Wings Delight
Tender turkey wings baked with vibrant peppers and aromatic seasonings, then fried to golden perfection—ideal for hearty family dinners or festive gatherings.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash turkey wings thoroughly.
- Pour 1 cup water into a roast pan.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon seasoned or garlic salt into the water.
- Place turkey wings in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle chopped celery, onions, and red pepper over the wings.
- Add chopped green bell peppers on top of the wings.
- Sprinkle additional seasoned salt on the wings as desired.
- Bake the wings for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
- If a lot of juice accumulates, drain 3/4 of it from the pan.
- Remove the wings from the oven after baking.
- Place wings on two stove top burners and fry for 10 to 15 minutes, turning to achieve even browning.
