Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped turkey
  • 2 cups turkey stock or vegetable stock
  • 1 can vegetables (beans, peas or carrots)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer until the onion and celery are cooked through.
  3. Thicken the mixture to desired consistency.
  4. Serve over rice or potatoes.
