Instructions
- Saute onion in margarine until tender.
- Stir in flour until smooth and remove from heat.
- Combine salad dressing, turkey, cooked noodles, peas, pepper and oregano. Stir in onion mixture. Pour into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Mix bread crumbs and margarine.
- Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish top with tomato wedges, if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
