Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 turkey slices
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Roll turkey slices in beaten egg, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the turkey slices with flour and brown them in a skillet with a small amount of shortening.
  3. Layer the browned turkey, sliced onion, cream of mushroom soup, and water or milk in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
