Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit, dressed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut up the rabbit into serving size pieces.
  2. Sprinkle the rabbit pieces with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Beat the egg in the milk to make an egg mixture.
  4. Roll the rabbit pieces in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat in dry breadcrumbs.
  5. Brown the coated rabbit pieces in hot cooking oil, then reduce heat and continue frying until the meat is tender.
