Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lean ground turkey
  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: ground turkey, bread crumbs, beaten egg, ketchup, chopped onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, and ground pepper.
  3. Mix together until well combined.
  4. Place the mixture in a loaf pan or shape it freeform on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through.
