Ingredients

  • 2 large iron skillet pones cornbread
  • 15 to 20 homemade biscuits
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 5 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cornbread in a roasting pan.
  2. Add the homemade biscuits, chopped onions, chopped celery, beaten eggs, cream of chicken soup, sage, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. Bake in a large roasting pan at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
