- Saute chopped onion in a little margarine until translucent.
- Combine cooked, cut-up chicken or turkey, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped carrots, and turkey or chicken broth in a pot. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add uncooked orzo, salt, pepper, and parsley to the pot. Cook until orzo is done.
