Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lb. fresh turkey slices

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg, milk, and vegetable oil together in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip the turkey slices in the egg mixture, then in seasoned bread crumbs to coat evenly.
  3. Place the breaded turkey slices in a greased baking pan in a single layer.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
