Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced green olives
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 pound grated Longhorn cheese
  • 4 cups diced turkey

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a 1 3/4-quart Tupperware or any Tupperware-safe container.
  2. Cook chopped green pepper, mushrooms, and diced celery in the oleo until transparent.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and diced turkey; cook for about 2 minutes longer.
  4. Add sliced green olives and stir to combine.
