Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 plus 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 large bag nacho cheese Doritos

Instructions

  1. Prepare ground turkey according to seasoning directions.
  2. Add corn to the cooked turkey and mix well.
  3. Make a salad with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and grated cheese.
  4. Combine the seasoned meat and corn mixture with the salad ingredients.
  5. Crush Doritos and sprinkle on top of the salad.
  6. Garnish with sour cream, salsa, and sliced avocado before serving.
