Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground venison
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed taco flavored chips
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground venison, crushed taco flavored chips, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, egg, evaporated milk, and salt thoroughly.
  2. Turn the mixture into a greased 2-quart covered casserole dish, spreading evenly around the dish.
  3. Cover the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
