Ingredients
Instructions
- Brown pork in oil; remove.
- Add flour to oil for roux.
- Add water, seasonings and pork.
- Cook on low fire for one hour.
- Add turnips and cook for one-half hour.
- Add onion tops and parsley. Serve over rice.
