Ingredients

  • 2 rounded Tbsp. Crisco
  • 3 Tbsp. cold milk or water
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add enough flour to make dough easy to handle, but not stiff.
  3. Transfer to a pastry board.
  4. Press out the dough and fold over several times.
  5. Add a little flour as needed to keep dough from sticking to the board.
  6. Roll out and cover the pie pan.
  7. Pierce the dough with a fork before baking.
  8. Bake in a 350°F oven until slightly browned.
