Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 lb. new potatoes, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 lb. boneless salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. pitted sliced olives
  • dill weed

Instructions

  1. Combine water, chopped onion, diced potatoes, and sliced celery in a pot.
  2. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add salmon and cook for an additional 10 minutes until done.
