Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups ground almonds
  • 8 oz butter
  • 1 cup plus 2 3/4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract or grated lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Form the dough into small crescent shapes.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. While still warm, roll the cookies in powdered sugar.
