- Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a 15 x 9-inch pan. Spread evenly on the bottom to form the crust.
- Arrange pineapple chunks on top of the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add it to the cold milk and pudding mixes, and beat until well combined.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the pineapple layer.
- Arrange sliced bananas over the pudding layer, then top with remaining pineapple.
- Spread Cool Whip over the top as a finishing layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
