A creamy banana pudding cake with a graham cracker crust, layered with pineapple, bananas, and topped with Cool Whip, perfect for a light, fruity dessert everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 (4 oz.) packages Jell-O instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a 15 x 9-inch pan. Spread evenly on the bottom to form the crust.
  2. Arrange pineapple chunks on top of the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add it to the cold milk and pudding mixes, and beat until well combined.
  4. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the pineapple layer.
  5. Arrange sliced bananas over the pudding layer, then top with remaining pineapple.
  6. Spread Cool Whip over the top as a finishing layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
