Ingredients

  • 6 slices veal cutlet, pounded
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the veal cutlets in butter.
  2. Place the browned veal in a shallow pan.
  3. Stir together flour and drippings until thick.
  4. Add milk, water, and chicken bouillon cube; stir until smooth.
  5. Add sherry wine and mix well.
  6. Pour the sauce over the veal.
  7. Arrange Swiss cheese slices on top.
  8. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
