Ingredients

  • veal slices
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 1 to 1.5 cups flour
  • parsley
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 pound butter
  • fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. Put parsley in the eggs.
  2. Dip the veal slices into the egg mixture, then into flour, and repeat the process once.
  3. In a frying pan with oil, brown the veal slices until they are a bright gold.
